About us
My PC Tester (mypctester.com) is a collection of peripheral testing tools that run entirely in your browser. We believe checking a device shouldn't require downloading bloated drivers or software — open a page and test your keyboard, mouse, gamepad, speakers, microphone or display like a pro.
Every test is built on standard Web APIs and runs locally on your machine: keyboards and mice use the raw event pipeline, audio uses the Web Audio API, gamepads use the Gamepad API. No account, no usage limits — your input never leaves your browser.

Privacy policy
Our approach to your data is simple: if we don't need to collect it, we don't.
Your input stays local
All tests (keystrokes, audio, video and so on) run and compute in your browser. We never record, upload or store any of your input or test results.
Local storage
We use browser localStorage only to remember interface preferences such as your theme. Clearing it changes nothing, and it is never sent to any server.
No accounts
There is no sign-up or login, so there is no account-linked personal data and no password to leak.
Anonymous analytics
We may use anonymous, aggregated page-visit statistics to improve the product. They contain no input data and cannot identify anyone.
